Which Energy are you?

You keep complicated things running, on time and on budget, whether the team is eight people or four kids.

You can ask a stranger for money and hear yes.

You turn an idea into something people pay for, and you bet on yourself.

You get people in a room and make them glad they came.

You speak up for the person who can't, and you keep pushing until something changes.

When it all goes wrong, everyone looks at you, because you get calmer.

You explain the hard thing so anyone gets it, and you adapt the plan for whoever needs it different.

You set the lineup, make the tough call fairly and keep the team going after a loss.

You make the big decision with incomplete information, and the room trusts your call.

Every dollar is accounted for because of you, whether it is a household, a community group or a P&L.

You say it out loud, you write it down, and people lean in.

You protect your time, your energy and your joy, which is the skill many people never learn.

She sees it in you before you do, and she gets you to bet on yourself.
